Extra ships

Privileged Warlords of each species can acquire one new ship in each class of ships. The manufacture of these ships is controlled and supervised by the Universe Supervisory Races Imperial Bureau. These ships use only the most advanced technology with respect to their drives, defense, and weaponry. They are faster, stronger and better protected than other ships in the same category.

The right to manufacture these ships must be obtained from the Armament and Research Committee of the Species Controlling the Universe because the technology required to do so is restricted. These ships represent enormous force and a clear military advantage. As such, their development must be agreed to by all of the species together.
