Blocking
Blocking is calculated in a way similar to inflicting damage. A blocked ship will not be destroyed, however, but it will be disabled. It cannot launch attacks, and if blocking has preceded any other actions, the affected ship cannot fire or capture ships during that round.
Blocker Ships (Khaduuii species) do not destroy their targets, only disable them. Any ships blocked in this manner will not fire or capture other ships during that round. When a Blocker blocks a target that has already performed its actions, the blocking maneuver is considered as failed because the action took place before the block was performed.
