An unknown Ascon artefact has temporarily disrupted the flow of the time-space continuum, but our technicians have managed to subdue the artefact-the chaos has been lifted, order has returned to the Universe. The unstoppable arms-race will continue from the 95th turn, and with the protection-period started at the beginning of the tournament expiring on the 96th turn, the raiding- and defending fleets will once again sail through the Universe.
